1. The Defendant’s KRW 7,500,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 6% from July 7, 2008 to November 18, 2016, and the following.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a company established for the purpose of housing construction business, etc., and C (hereinafter "C") is a company established for the purpose of real estate sales agency business.

B. 1) The Plaintiff is an apartment building with E and 2 lots of land f96 above (hereinafter “each apartment of this case”) between D and D, who is an executive officer or employee of C.

Of 101, 202, 101, 202, 78,627,50 won (contract amount of KRW 7,500,00) is purchased (hereinafter “the first sale contract of this case”).

(2) The Plaintiff prepared two copies of each contract to purchase one of the apartment units of this case (hereinafter “contract Nos. 2 and 3”) on October 22, 2008 at the price of KRW 78,627,500 (the contract price of KRW 10,000) (hereinafter “contract Nos. 2 and 3”), and the seller’s form of each contract is written as “the Defendant,” “representative director,” and “G,” respectively, and the Defendant’s seal is affixed thereon.

3) On October 29, 2008, the Plaintiff prepared five forms of sales contract to purchase one of the apartment units of this case (including the non-entry of Dong and Dong) at KRW 78,627,500 (the contract amount of KRW 10,000) (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) between the above D and D (hereinafter “instant 4-8 sales contract”).

(4) Each apartment of this case’s purchase contract amounting to KRW 10,654,850 (the contract amounting to KRW 10,000) among each apartment of this case’s purchase contract amounting to KRW 10,654,850 (the contract amounting to KRW 10,000), and each seller’s sale contract amount is written in the form of “Defendant” and “G” respectively.
