Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act, at the Sung-nam branch of the Suwon District Court on April 19, 2013, and was sentenced to one year and six months, and on May 3, 2014, the Defendant was the 19 criminal offender of the same kind of power, including the completion of the execution of the sentence in the Ganbukbuk District Court.

【Criminal Facts】

On June 8, 2014, at around 12:50, the Defendant inhaled toxic chemicals by inserting one industrial main body containing toxic elements into vinyl paper, and breathing them over several times in the inputs of vinyl and vinyl paper to which a hazardous chemical substance is used, at its own dwelling located in Sungnam City C and second floor.
