Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a creditor with a claim equivalent to “8,32,925 won and the amount equivalent to 19% per annum from December 6, 2002 to March 8, 2003, and 25% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment,” based on the final performance recommendation decision as to the Chuncheon District Court 2003Gau1932 case against B.
B. On March 13, 200, the defendant Daewoo Heavy Industries Co., Ltd.
