1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 46,675,00 as well as KRW 25,30,000 among them, from June 8, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the defendant paid 25,30,000 won to the plaintiff on September 8, 2010 as the settlement price for the debt branch of the Bitro Ballast, and it can be acknowledged that the defendant agreed to pay interest of 1.5% per month on the above amount. Thus, the defendant has the obligation to pay the plaintiff the interest of 21,631,500 won (=25,300,000 x 57 x 0.00 x 00 x 0.15 x 25,000 won) calculated at the rate of 1.5% per month from September 8, 2010 to June 7, 2015, with interest of 21,631,50 won calculated at the rate of 1.5% per annum 21,375,000 won per annum x 015 x 205,2005 won per annum.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
