A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violating road traffic law in the support for the safeness of the source method of water source. On May 14, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 4 million as a crime of violating road traffic law (drinking driving) at the source method of water source.

On April 28, 2018, at around 21:00, the Defendant driven B SP vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.076% from the 3km section to the front of the convenience store at around 1347, a 133rd Do-ro 8 Do-ri, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, a Gam-ri, a Gam-ri, a Gam-ri, a Gam-ri, a Gam-ri, a Gam-ri, a Gam-ri, a Gam-ri, a Gam-ri.
