The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, the court below was just in holding that all of the facts charged in this case constituted a case where there is no proof of criminal facts among the facts charged in this case's violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) and fraud. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the ground of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
