The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On March 30, 2017, around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) committed F in order to grow friendly with E, F, and Guide, and (b) the victim G (36 years of age) who is another user, but was aware of his/her desire to grow friendly with E, F, and Guide, and (c) committed assault against the victim of the Guide f, which was in the Guideump.

2. The facts charged in the instant case are crimes falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, and cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act.

In such a case, the victim withdrawn his wish to punish the defendant after the prosecution of this case (the witness G's legal statement), and the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
