A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On February 20, 2013, the Defendant, at one’s house located in Sinpo City C and 501, concealed a digital camera, and took a photograph of his and the victim’s sexual intercourse without obtaining the consent of the victim D having internal relations.

At around 10:03 on January 9, 2014, the Defendant sent a text message, “the Kakao Stockholm,” which is a mobile device, using his mobile phone, to Handphones of the said victim, using the said victim’s mobile phone. From that time, until September 207, 2014, the Defendant had the said victim reach the victim repeatedly by reaching the victim 39 times in total, as shown in the annexed crime sight table, by 200:07.
