A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year for fraud in the Cheongju District Court support, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 29, 2015. On April 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for eight months for habitual fraud in the Chuncheon District Court support.
