Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of Bsch Rexroth car.

No driver of any motor vehicle shall threaten or endanger any third person or cause any danger to traffic by consecutively committing at least two acts, such as violation of prohibition of change of course or prohibition of sudden restraint, or by repeatedly committing one act.

On June 20, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car on or around 14:22, and driven the said car on the three-lane between the five-lanes in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) drive the victim’s ESW car in a manner that reduces the speed by going through the Gap-in eMW car; (b) has changed the lane to the two-lanes; and (c) has changed to the three-lanes, and (d) has prevented the victim by continuously blocking the victim’s vehicle; (d) has changed to the three-lanes, and (e) has changed to the two-lanes, thereby threatening the victim by means of reducing the speed, and has caused any danger to traffic.
