Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the period of imprisonment with prison labor for special injury, etc. at the Ulsan District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 24, 2020.

1. On February 11, 2020, the Defendant damaged the said golf loans with dives installed in the said office with dives-based golf loans owned by the Defendant, which were kept in custody in the said office, at around 15:30 on February 11, 2020, at the Dial Maintenance Office for the management of the victim C ( South, 49 years old) located in Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, the Defendant: (a) provided that the Defendant’s children received wrong messages about the relationship between the Defendant and the two victims; and (b) provided the Defendant’s children with the said golf loans installed in the said office.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged another's property equivalent to about 700,000 won in the market price.

2. Around 13:00 on February 15, 2020, the Defendant destroyed the above golf loans, passenger cars, computer monitors, and TV, which were parked in the above maintenance shop parking lot owned by the victim C, who was parked in the above maintenance shop parking lot, on the ground of the above paragraph (1) at the place indicated in the above paragraph (1) at around 13:00, and on the same grounds, the Defendant damaged the above golf loans, passenger cars, computer monitors, and TV which were kept in the above maintenance shop.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged another's property equivalent to about 2.4 million won in the market price.

3. On April 2, 2020, the Defendant, at around 13:00 on April 2, 2020, destroyed the walls that were left behind the above maintenance shop due to the same reasons as the above 1 at the places described in the above 13:00 on April 2, 2020, and broken the said office glass again in the above method, around 15:30 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the other's property equivalent to about 200,000 won of the market price.

4. On May 14, 2020, the Defendant talks with the victim in relation to the Defendant’s accusation case at the office of the maintenance office as stated in the above paragraph (1) on May 14, 2020.
