Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From January 13, 2014 to January 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had the victim, who is the lessee of the said land, paid rent to the lessor, and (b) had the employees of E with approximately 30 tons of high water, such as the exchange of the land in the market price, on the ground that the victim, who is the lessee of the said land, did not pay rent to the lessor; and (c) had four tons of high water in the market value, by taking four tons of high water in the cargo vehicle, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property.
