Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:30 on July 17, 2012, the Defendant driven a 200-meter car owned by her mother in the state of the blood alcohol concentration of 0.068% from the front road of Dobong-dong 1564-1, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the old road of 89-189, Dong-dong 1564.
