1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Of the second floor of the building listed in the attached list, indication 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1 of the attached list.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment with no ground for pleading (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The Plaintiff’s partial dismissal of the claim for damages for delay is claiming for the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from May 31, 2019 to the date of full payment. However, from May 31, 2019 to June 17, 2019, the rate of damages for delay of 5% per annum under the Civil Act shall apply to the records clearly stating that the delivery date of a duplicate of the complaint of this case is the delivery date. Since the interest rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings shall apply from the next day to the date of full payment (the statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, Etc. was amended on May 21, 2019 to enter into force on June 1, 2019, the statutory interest rate of the above special cases shall be changed from 15% per annum to 12% per annum, and it shall be dismissed.
