Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant interfering with the business of the Defendant is a person who was in charge of the general duties of the instant clan from February 2, 2011 to February 20, 2014, who was a member of the clan C (hereinafter “instant clan”).

Since September 2012, the clan of this case was divided into the members of the clan who commemorated victims D as the chairperson and the members who commemorate the defendant as the chairperson, and there was conflict between them.
