A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Cone Star Co., Ltd.
On June 11, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license of a motor vehicle around 18:40 on June 11, 2015, was driving a victim D ( South, 44 years old), victim E ( South, 46 years old), victim F ( South, 56 years old), victim G ( South, 47 years old), victim H ( South, 52 years old), victim I ( South, 50 years old), victim JJ ( South, 44 years old), victim K ( South, 55 years old), victim L ( South, and 47 years old), victim M ( South, South, and 46 years old), and the above parking lot.
