Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2016, at around 01:00 to 22:30, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by towing the back wheels of the victim D (5 years old, South) holding the back wheels with locks at the 1st floor pen of the Gyeonggi-si Seoul Building C, Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do; (b) leading one bicycle in the amount of KRW 300,000 in the market price owned by the Defendant.
