The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around 23:40 on May 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) took a cab driven by the victim B (the age of 47) in the Yangdong-dong, Young-gu, Young-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; and (b) took a bath to the Defendant on the ground that the victim, who was a taxi engineer, was infinite at the time when the said cab passed at the age of 71, Masan-gu, Masan-gu, Masan-gu, the same Masan-gu, and that the said cab was infinite; and (c) on the ground that the victim was infinite.

Accordingly, the victim stopped the taxi to avoid the trial cost of the defendant and landed from the taxi on the vehicle, the defendant, after getting off the taxi according to the victim, and assaulted twice the left face of the victim on drinking.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);

(b) The victim is not subject to punishment after the indictment of this case.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act);
