Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall gambling in return for offering property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the result of issuing sports betting tickets or similar things.

On November 5, 2012, the Defendant visited the Defendant’s home located in Daegu Jung-gu B and 102, to “C” website (C), and transferred KRW 200,000 to the new bank account (Account Number: E) in the name of the pertinent website operation account, and charged cyber money. The Defendant predicted the results of various sports events, such as stables, deaf-gu, and camping districts, offered on the said website, and collected KRW 1,00,000 at the minimum amount of KRW 5,00 per time, and added the dividend according to the fixed dividend rate, if the Defendant did not receive the dividend return according to the results of the games, he/she collected the dividend from the above date and time to May 22, 2013 by filling KRW 130,050 on a total amount of KRW 197,00,000 per time, as shown in the crime log, as shown in the attached Table.
