1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 1,458,419,285 and KRW 321,144,042 from January 26, 2018.
Reasons
1. The description of the request shall be as shown in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) a creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant.”
