A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 28, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) committed a violation of the victim F (26 years) and C before the victim F (26 years of age) around 12:50 on December 28, 2014, in collaboration with C, on the ground that he changed the victim F (26 years of age) before the victim’s “Ecafeteria” located D, and the Defendant took twice the victim’s face by drinking, and C took the victim’s face one time by drinking, and flae kne kne, which requires treatment for about 21 days.
Accordingly, the defendant, together with C, injured the victim.

3. Accordingly, the defendant is justified in investigating the suspect arrested by the victims.
