Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to divert a mountainous district shall obtain permission to divert the mountainous district from the head of the relevant forest office, specifying its use.

Nevertheless, in order to expand access roads in Kimcheon-si B around April 2016, the Defendant used a digging hole to convert mountainous districts into mountainous districts without obtaining permission for conversion of mountainous districts, such as damaging approximately 258 square meters of mountainous districts and changing the form and quality of mountainous districts.
