A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Injury;
A. On May 2, 2014, the Defendant was an employee at a clothing store around December 2, 2012, and was aware of the victim C (nick and age 46) and was in a de facto marital relationship with the victim from April 2013 to July 11, 2014.
