A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, without the consent of the Defendant, prepared a written application for the revocation of permission for use of State-owned property in the name of C with respect to 667 square meters in the name of 3,608 square meters, which is the State property permitted by the Korea Water Resources Corporation from the Korea Water Resources Corporation, and submitted it to the Korea Water Resources Corporation for the revocation of the said permission, and had the Defendant use the said State-owned property in the name of the Defendant.

On January 30, 2014, the Defendant of the forgery of a private document applies for the revocation of permission for use of the state-owned property to an employee who is not aware of the name of the said construction at the office of the Korea Water Resources Corporation and the Southern Dam Management Office located in Pyeongtaek-dong, Jin-si on January 30, 2014

The applicant’s name column refers to “C”, “Sacheon-si E”, “Sacheon-si”, and “A/Sacheon-si” and “A/Sacheon-si” in the column for the reason of revocation, upon receipt of the application from the said employee, to the Defendant’s residence located in the F of Sacheon-si on the same day, entered the application as “C” in the applicant’s name, using the test color pen, and affix the above C’s seal that the Defendant was receiving from G.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of application for revocation of permission for use of state property in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On January 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) submitted the forged application to an employee who could not know the name of the said construction at the office of the management of the Gangseo-dong Korea Water Resources Corporation located in Pyeongtaek-dong, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) submitted it as if the document was duly formed.
