Punishment of the crime

On August 1, 2017, the Defendant, without the driver’s license of a motor vehicle around 17:00, driven a B-wing truck at a section of about 30 km from the Yan-dong to the front side of the secondary apartment of the Dong, Dong-dong located in the Chang-si, Changwon-si, the members of Changwon-si, and located in the 134-ro of the Eup.
