1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of five thousand won.

However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 7, 2017, Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and two years for fraud at the Gwangju District Court on December 7, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 15, 2017.

Criminal facts

1. No one shall arrange similarity acts using any part of the body, such as sexual intercourse, mouth, harbor, etc., or implements in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables or other property benefits from an unspecified person;

The Defendants conspired to have them enter the Republic of Korea to arrange for commercial sex acts and divide profits therefrom. Defendants B and A agreed to pay 60,000 won per case of Chinese nationality introduced by the men of J in order to provide accommodation (No. 102 and No. 106 of the Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu) where they employ them, and Defendant B set up a NYF small-scale car to be used when moving the above women to the commercial sex acts place. Defendant C andO agreed to have the above women enter the commercial sex acts to take charge of commercial sex acts, and to have the above women enter the commercial sex acts, and to have them take charge of commercial sex acts to receive money from the above women to the commercial sex acts place, and to have them enter the commercial sex acts again by having the above women to the commercial sex acts place, and to have the above women to purchase the commercial sex acts, and to have them enter the commercial sex acts to the commercial sex acts, and to have them enter the commercial sex acts again by having the above women to the commercial sex acts place.

Accordingly, Defendants B, A, and D conspired with each other, and Defendant C from February 23, 2017 to March 6, 2017.
