Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for one year.

Punishment of the crime

B was aware of the fact that the victims C neglected to manage the dry field owned by the victims of Hongcheon-gun D, and the victims in Hongcheon-gun D, and E, and was trying to lease the said dry field to another person and grow well. On April 2013, at the G Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in the Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, 201, G Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, who was a landscaper, “The remaining roots should be treated as waste, and the expenses worth KRW 300 to 4 million are incurred.”

Accordingly, Defendant B proposed that Defendant B would take place “if necessary,” and found the landscaped trees upon the request from Defendant B, Defendant A, while having known that the dry field was not owned by Defendant B, did not confirm whether Defendant B was entitled to dispose of the said trees, but did not confirm it in response to Defendant B’s proposal. As a result, the Defendants conspired to steal the victim's property.
