Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of land B, C, D, and E in Gyeongnam-gun, and the victim F is the owner of land around May 2018, the victim F purchased the land of Gyeong-gun G and H and used as the end farm of the church, and the relation is not good for ordinary appraisal due to frequent disputes such as cross-traffic interference.

1. On September 27, 2019, around 09:51, the Defendant destroyed and damaged, using sckes, at the entrance of the G land in Gyeong-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, and using sckes, one landscape gardening, owned by the Victim F, into a grass forest, thereby impairing its utility.

2. On September 27, 2019, at the entrance of the above G land around 09:56, the Defendant destroyed and damaged by inserting two iron columns installed by the victim F in his/her hands.

3. On September 30, 2019, at the entrance of the above G land around 09:36, the Defendant destroyed its utility by extracting 2 girs, the victim F, by hand, two landscaped trees, the ownership of which was planted by the victim F, and at the entrance of the above G and H land, at the entrance of the above G and H land, four landscaped girs, the ownership of which was installed by the victim using the scke, into a grass forest, and thereby impairing their utility.
