A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
[criminal history] On July 20, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating road traffic laws (drinking driving) at the Cheongju District Court’s Jeju District Court Branch on July 20, 2012. On June 16, 2017, the Defendant was charged with summary charges for a crime of violating road traffic laws (drinking driving), and was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for a fine of KRW 23,000 on the 23th of the same month.
[2] On May 21, 2017, around 05:00, the Defendant driven B K3 cars while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.066% from around 200 meters to around 3rd roads of the same Gu 1-ro 1-o.m. in the same way as the restaurant, “Seong-gu Drobing” located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Joint-dong, Mapo-gu.
As a result, the Defendant, who committed a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at least twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.
