Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2012, at around 15:10 on November 24, 2012, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a DNA elfer vehicle owned by the Defendant from the top of the Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, to the top of the High Party Security Center for about 350 meters.
