Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 22, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 12, 2013. On April 30, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for special larceny committed before the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 8, 2013.

B. On May 15, 2012, the Defendant and G conspired to intentionally acquire insurance proceeds from a motor vehicle insurance company in the “I” parking lot located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Amsan-si on the part of May 15, 2012.

Therefore, the Defendant intentionally received Ksch Rexroth car from G that was parked in J C-Wman car and then stated in the indictment on May 15, 2012 as “17:26” but appears to be a clerical error in “20:50.50.”
