1. The defendant shall pay 37,759,500 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 28, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Facts of recognition

The Plaintiff and the Defendant engaged in the business of selling turfy agreement and advance payment between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, and the Defendant engaged in the business of producing turfy, paid advance payment to the Defendant under the name of turf price, and the Defendant had the Plaintiff extract turf cultivated by the Defendant, but there was a transaction of supplying turfy in a way that deducts the value of turfy calculated on the basis of the flat unit price already agreed upon at the time of extraction from the advance payment already paid.

On June 16, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Defendant to pay KRW 20 million to the Defendant, which was engaged in transactions with the Defendant, and to be supplied with turf equivalent to the value thereof.

From April 24, 2010 to May 3, 2010, the Plaintiff concluded an agreement with the Defendant to pay a total of KRW 26.6 million on three occasions.

On November 3, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Defendant to pay KRW 30 million to the Defendant, and KRW 20 million on December 12, 201, and to be supplied with turf equivalent to the value thereof.

On May 5, 2012, the Plaintiff, while paying KRW 30 million to the Defendant, concluded an agreement with the Defendant to be supplied with turf equivalent to the value thereof.

From June 16, 2009 to June 17, 2009, the Plaintiff extracted an amount equivalent to 18cm x 2,198cm x 18cm x 18cm x 4,000 won per square meter between the Defendant and the Plaintiff.

(E) From April 15, 2010 to May 20, 2010, the Plaintiff extracted the Defendant’s 18cm x 4,573cm in size x 18cm x 4,573 square meters. Around that time, the Plaintiff set the unit price per square meter between the Defendant and the Defendant at KRW 4,500.

(E) The Plaintiff, from March 15, 201 to July 10, 2012, 201, 18cm x 1,804cm x 1,804cm in size x 30cm x 3,860cm in size x 40cm x 40cm x 1,214 square meters in size.
