Comprehensively taking account of the purport (including the absence of dispute) of the entire pleadings as to the cause of the claim Gap 1 through 4, the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation (hereinafter referred to as the "CF") made a loan of KRW 20,00,000 per annum on July 9, 202 and the due date for repayment on July 9, 2003, and the joint and several debt of the defendant Eul was established on the same day by the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation established on March 2, 2012, the plaintiff succeeded to the above loan obligation of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, and acquired the loan obligation of the plaintiff 60,000 on July 11, 2013, the loan interest rate of KRW 18,00,000, and the repayment rate of KRW 20,000 on July 12, 2014, and the change of the loan interest rate of the plaintiff's loan interest rate of KRW 16,500,000,000.
