A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (such as purchase of sex), grants a victim D (or 14 years old), a non-payment of money from the mutual influence in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul at around 15:00 on August 2015, 201

1. Aggravation of concurrent crimes with the punishment prescribed in the former part of Article 37, Article 38(1)2, and Article 50 of the Criminal Act for the aggravated concurrent crimes (the maximum term of the above two crimes).
