A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[criminal records] On August 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of suspended sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry and the issuance of a third party bribe at the Seoul High Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 28, 2015.

1. ‘E 게임 랜드’ 관련 범행 피고인은, 누구든지 등급을 받은 내용과 다른 내용의 게임 물을 유통 또는 이용에 제공해서는 안되고, 게임 물의 이용을 통하여 획득한 유ㆍ무형의 결과물을 환전해서도 아니 됨에도, F이 2015. 5. 1. 경부터 같은 달 18. 22:15 경까지 천안시 서 북구 G 건물 1 층에 있는 ‘E 게임 랜드 ’에서 전체이용 가 게임인 ‘ 골드 샷’ 게임기에 불상의 프로그램을 운용함으로써 등급을 받은 내용과 달리 게임 이용자의 조작능력과 무관하게 자동으로 진행되도록 변조된 ‘ 골드 샷’ 게임 기 40대를 손님들의 이용에 제공하고, 손님들이 위 게임을 통해 경품으로 취득한 은 책갈피 1개 당 수수료 10%를 공제한 4,500원으로 환전해 줌으로써 사행행위를 업으로 함에 있어서 이를 돕기 위하여 2015. 4. 경 F에게 위 게임 장 개업비용으로 2,800만 원을 대여하여 F의 사행행위 등 규제 및 처벌 특례법위반 및 게임산업진흥에 관한 법률위반 범행을 용이하게 하여 방 조하였다.

2. 'H Gameland': (a) the Defendant should not provide any game material different from the rated content for distribution or use; and (b) the Defendant should not exchange any tangible or intangible result obtained through the use of the game material; and (c) from July 14, 2015, I would like from July 14, 2015.

8. From the perspective of 21:40 on April 24, 21, the game user’s ability to operate the game, such as: (a) additional points added to the original score and indicated in the performance of the event; (b) from the “H Gameland” located in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, 102 to the “H Gameland”; (c) unlike the contents of the rating for the entire game user, the game used as a whole was rated in the “Semando” game machine.
