A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was at one time at the right face of the said G in drinking, when he arrested the Defendant as an offender in the act of committing a crime and did not take a bath after the Defendant was arrested as a police officer at the Busan: the date, time, and place at the place of the performance of official duties as stated in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the control of crimes.
