1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,717,403 as well as its annual 6% from May 13, 2013 to March 17, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 5, 2013, the Plaintiff concluded a location-based contract with the Defendant regarding the rental of the Defendant’s event site for the “Cre-party” performance (hereinafter “instant performance”).

B The purpose of this contract is to confirm mutual preparation and to prepare successful performances for the confirmation of mutual preparation and future roles in order to ensure the joint management for the Cre-party production and successful hosting of the contract.

Article 2 (Date and Place for Rental)

1. Performance schedule: The use schedule: the first time until May 4, 2013 - May 19:0 - May 5, 2013 / the second time from May 25, 2013 to May 26, 2013: the first time between May 2 to May 6, 2013 / the second time from May 23 to May 27, 2013.

B. On April 17, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a joint principal agreement with the Defendant for the instant performance as specified in the attached Form (A No. 3; hereinafter “instant contract”).

On May 1, 2013, the head of the defendant E prepared a written agreement with the defendant to convert the performance of this case into a free event, as follows:

(hereinafter referred to as “instant agreement.” The Plaintiff and the Defendant agree to modify C on the first 5/4th day with respect to C, and instead, to support C (Mayang)’s side support and to support 20,000,000 won.

On May 10, 2013, the Defendant paid 22,000,000 won (including value-added tax) to the Plaintiff according to the above agreement.

For B, KRW 83,126,806 was disbursed, and KRW 1,692,00 was refunded to F Co., Ltd. in charge of sales of the above performance, and KRW 1,692,00.
