Punishment of the crime

On June 27, 2017, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million by the Jeju District Court as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

Around 03:53 on June 30, 2019, the Defendant driven Drocketing car at a section of about 150 meters from the front of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu B hotel to the front of the same Gu while under the influence of alcohol 0.177% of alcohol level.
