Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of Cstststa taxi.

On January 5, 2015, at around 20:20, the Defendant, while proceeding three-lanes road of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 218, East-do from the side of the error or item, was making a U-turn.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim by occupational negligence at the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Gyeongsung Hospital, which was receiving a back-to-date treatment on January 10, 2015.
