1. Long-term care benefits are provided to the Center B and C medical care center on May 2, 2017 among the instant lawsuit.

Reasons

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On April 3, 2006, the Plaintiff, a social welfare foundation established for the purpose of operating a facility for supporting the elderly at home and operating a sanatorium for the elderly, operated a welfare center for the elderly (30 persons; hereinafter “instant welfare center”) and a C medical care center, a sanatorium for the elderly (22 persons; hereinafter “the instant medical care center”; hereinafter “the instant medical care center”, which is a sanatorium for the elderly, as a social welfare foundation established for the purpose of operating the facility for supporting the elderly at home and operating the sanatorium for the elderly, respectively.

B. The Defendant visited each of the instant welfare centers from February 21, 2017 to February 24, 2017, with non-military public officials, to visit the instant welfare center from January 21, 2014 to December 12, 2016, and to conduct on-site investigations of long-term care benefits from March 2014 to December 2016, and to investigate the actual condition of long-term care benefits from September 2013 to February 2014 and from January 2017.

On March 13, 2017, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff of the expenses for long-term care benefits paid excessively for the following reasons pursuant to Article 43 of the Act on Long-Term Care Insurance for the Aged to the instant welfare center: KRW 75,172,410 for the instant welfare center; and KRW 270,746,460 for the instant medical care center.
