Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ special larceny [2016 Godan1515] around 15:47 on June 23, 2016, the Defendants discovered one of the unindicted A’s market price, which is the victim’s possession of cash 3,50,000 won, at the point of the KB National Bank of Korea located at one point and half to 86 on June 23, 2016, Defendant A discovered one of the victim’s cash 3.50,000 won in cash 3.5,000 won in cash 3.5,000 won in cash 1.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
2. The theft by Defendant A [2016 Highest 1674]
A. On January 4, 2016, at around 06:00, the Defendant: (a) moved on the top of the 39 radio-based F taxi 2nd apartment of the victim E in front of the radio-based 39 radio-based 2nd apartment, and moved to the front road located in front of the 30-55th city in the same city, and (b) opened a contact rash in the said taxi by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) cut off one wall on the part of the victim with cash 280,000 won, credit card 1, identification card 2,000 won, and then cut off from the said taxi.
B. On June 18, 2016, around 01:15, the Defendant: (a) moved to the head of J-si in front of the victim I to the J-si located in G, and (b) moved to the roads front of the female-affiliated conference at the same time, and opened a contact box in the said cab by taking advantage of the gap where the surveillance of the victim was neglected; and (c) took out KRW 100,000 in cash owned by the victim within the said cab and stolen it from the said cab.
C. From around 00:30 on June 30, 2016 to 02:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) was on the street in front of the L station located in K, and was moving to the front of the PEM located in the same city, and (b) opened a container lick in the instant taxi and opened a lick box in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) was removed from one wall owned by the victim with whom the market price of 145,000 won in cash is unknown.
