1. The defendant shall pay 37,580,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from August 19, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On March 22, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract with the Defendant with the content that the Plaintiff would receive the construction cost for the new construction of the land-based factory outside Gyeongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, and 437,580,000 won (including value-added tax) from the Defendant.

B. The plaintiff completed the above construction, but it is not yet paid the construction cost stated in the order by the defendant.
