Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 13, 2013, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court, and was notified of a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime on January 14, 2015.

On October 24, 2015, at around 20:30, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle at a section of about 100 meters from the front of the Songwon cafeteria, which is located in the Pyeongtaek-dong, Gwangju Mine-gu, to the Domindo in the same road, without obtaining a driver’s license. The Defendant driven the B Domin vehicle while under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.079% while under the influence of alcohol level.
