Reasons
1. According to the evidence Nos. 1 and 2, it is recognized that the facts are the same as stated in the grounds for claim in the attached Form. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay damages to the plaintiff at the rate of 5,793,310 won per annum from February 17, 2015 to March 7, 2016, which is the day following the delivery date of the written complaint in this case, and 15% per annum from the following day to the day of full payment.
2. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim is accepted in entirety.
