Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall construct a building, change the purpose of use, install a structure, change the form and quality of land, fell bamboo and trees, divide land, store articles in a development restriction zone in violation of the Designation and Management of Development Restriction Zones Act without obtaining permission from the head of the competent Gu;

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

(a) on August 2010, at the end of Incheon Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City road width of 3 meters and 50 meters in length with typhoons, changing the form and quality of land by packaging concrete;

(b) At around October 2012, 2012, 4 columns are installed using steel pipes with two stables (one 4 meters in street, 6.5 meters in vertical length, 26 square meters in width, 4 meters in width, 8 meters in vertical length, 32 square meters in size) that may raise organic dogs and dogs from damage caused by the horse at the same place as above, and the roof is built by 103 square meters in total with three stables, such as covering the vinyl, covering the vinyl, covering the yellow tent above it, and one stable (5 meters in width, 9 meters in length, 45 square meters in size), without columns;

2. A person who intends to divert a mountainous district in violation of the Mountainous Districts Management Act shall obtain permission from the head of the competent Gu;

Nevertheless, the defendant, at the same time and time as the above paragraph 1 above, did not obtain permission for conversion of mountainous district, and constructed three boxes, a temporary building, for the same reasons as the above paragraph 1.
