A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. The Defendant, in the MM, planned to purchase and administer c.561,00 won to MM (Defendant 1,746,00 won, E1,315,000 won, D.50,000 won, and D.50,000 won, from GHB, E, and M.M., a local mental medicine medicine, for the purpose of selling 3,561,00 won to F in the first place of January 16, 2017 (Defendant 1,746,00 won, E,1,315,000 won, D.50,000 won, and D.50,000 won, around January 16, 2017). The Defendant was planned to deliver 3,561,000 won to F in the Republic of Korea’s dwelling area from GG 401, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and 401,00 won.
On January 16, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant received from E a 10-year unit of 102 H Apartment at the residence of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H Apartment 102 Dong 304, in IM in this 10-year unit of 10.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D and E, sold the cost of transfer to MD in this section.
2. Between December 27, 2016 and around 01:00 on December 28, 2016, the Defendant administered a brupt medication in MD on seven occasions at the “J” club located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, with D, in a manner of drinking off the brupt in the place of a native mental medicine, along with D. Furthermore, as indicated in the list of crimes below, the Defendant administered brupt in MD over seven times from the date of the following crime to January 22, 2017.
Around December 27, 2016 through 01:00 on December 27, 2016, the date and time of the crime list, the method of committing the crime, together with the “J” club D located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the amount equivalent to the amount to be administered in a nonfluence area, and around December 30, 2016 to January 1, 2017, with the “J club D” D located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and around January 5, 2017, the amount to be administered in a nonfluence area together with the E, and the amount to be administered in Gangnam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government 1 through 0:0 on January 7, 2017, the amount to be 5:0 on June 7, 2017, the amount to be administered in the non-fluence D, the amount to be administered in the non-fluent area to be 5:0 on July 7, 2017.
