A Imprisonment for eight months and fines for 10,000,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine for negligence of 5,000,000 won, respectively.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who operates F in the Dong-gu, Daejeon, Dong-gu, and Dong-gu, and engages in the manufacturing, wholesale and retail business of molds, and Defendant B is a person who is in charge of the manufacturing, wholesale and retail business in the above F.
1. On October 2, 2012, the Defendants supplied the victim’s “I” restaurant operated by the victim H in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, by means of attaching a “one hundred per cent of the Republic of Korea 100 per cent of the country,” to the victim at the head office of the “I” restaurant operated by the victim H, and the Defendant made a false statement as if the above red powder was a domestic product by attaching a “one hundred per cent of the country,” in the above red powder.
However, in fact, the Defendants had been supplied by the Defendants in Korea, and the Defendants purchased and distributed them for their use, and then packed them for 5 km, and stored them with a poster displayed immediately in the middle country on the package. At the time of delivery or at the time of delivery, the Defendant left the victim by means of removing the domestic CD within the delivery vehicle and attaching a poster marked with “100% of the domestic products” at the time of delivery.
Ultimately, the Defendants: (a) deceiving the victim as above and received 480,000 won from the victim’s seat; (b) from February 7, 2013 to February 7, 2013, the Defendants supplied 19 victims, including I restaurant operators, with a total of KRW 4,065 km, and obtained a total of KRW 75,880,00 from the victims, from around 173 times.
2. No person who violates the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products shall make a false indication of the place of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to the place of origin;
Nevertheless, the Defendants, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, sold by false marking of the origin of the imported red paper powder (China and Vietnam), as shown in the annexed crime list, by attaching a boiler with "100% of the Republic of Korea domestically domestically" on the red paper powder in China as above.
