A shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and the defendant B shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person A shall dismantle a motor, power transmission device, driving device, steering device, etc. in a motor vehicle except in cases where he/she intends to conduct an inspection and maintenance of the motor vehicle or to alter its structure and devices, scrap a motor vehicle, use it for education and research, etc.;

In such cases, a person engaged in the wholesale and retail business of a motor vehicle and its parts, after examining the relevant documents, such as a motor vehicle registration certificate, has to verify whether the motor vehicle is a stolen, and the defendant neglected his/her duty of care to purchase the motor vehicle and acquired each motor vehicle, which is a stolen due to a business negligence that purchased each motor vehicle at a price lower than the market
