Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 16, 2018, the Defendant operated B buses at the one-lane between the Dongbridge located on the land of the Dongbridge in Sungsung-si on the 16:15th of Jun. 16, 2018, which is dangerous goods on the ground that D buses operated by the victim C are overtaking another bus in accordance with two-lanes, the Defendant changed the bus from the first lane to the second lane, and proceeded in the future of the said D bus.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim using a bus, which is a dangerous object.
