Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s attempt to operate a “D” number plate attached to the above Orala, on the ground that the Defendant had been holding a license plate of the two-wheeled vehicle 600cc Orala and D’s two-wheeled vehicle number plate.

On May 2008, the Defendant illegally used the number plate of two-wheeled automobile under the Automobile Management Act, which is air defense, after attaching the above number plate, at his own residence attached to Daejeon Dong-gu E.

2. Defendant B

A. A. Around October 2008, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) acquired the above Oral Ba, where a license plate for a two-wheeled vehicle is attached from Defendant A, and held it from that time.

1) On June 30, 2014, the Defendant, from the Do in front of Daejeon F apartment 101, operated the said Bab, which was not covered by mandatory insurance from the Do in front of the 101-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, to the front road of the Habdong-dong, Daejeon-dong. 2) On July 1, 2014, the Defendant operated the said Bab, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, from the Do in front of the Do in Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, to the 101-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong,

B. The Defendant at an illegal use air defense event above A.

At the time and place stated in the paragraph, the air units were used unlawfully by operating the above d'wheel plate of the two-wheeled automobile at least twice in total.
